Our client is based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. It is active in Latin-American markets as a seller and distributor of several types of equipment related to the transport industry such as cars, trucks, cranes, forklifts, and earth moving machines as well as supplying all of the after sales support necessary (spare parts, tires, lubricants, etc). The company is also active in different industries as an equipment supplier and as a provider of turnkey systems and installations in industries as diverse as pharmaceutical, laboratory, mining, food, oil, etc.
The company and its subsidiaries employ approximately 300 persons worldwide and generate revenues up to 70 million EUR per year.

The company is currently engaged in the digitalization of its activities, and is looking for a manager that will lead and accelerate this digitalization program, in the Headquarter in Belgium as well as in the subsidiaries abroad.

    Main Responsibilities

    The digitalization program consists in the following scope:

    • Analyze, optimize and formalize all the operational processes of the company (selling, purchasing, shipment and logistics, stocks management, etc)
    • Analyze, optimize and formalize all the financial processes of the company (billing, payments, cash collection, cost management, bank guarantees and letters of credit management, financial statements generation and monthly follow up, etc)
    • Create and maintain a knowledge base with the company activities and associated processes
    • Inventory of all data across the different businesses, classification and management of those in order to enable the generation of operational and financial analysis and reports to support the business
    • Continue the deployment of the selected CRM and ERP supporting all the above-mentioned processes and data management.
    • Define robust KPI’s as well as reporting strategy to support the business from an operational and financial standpoint.
    • Implement the KPI’s and the reporting strategy through the different systems available to the employees (CRM, ERP, interfaces like PowerBI, etc)

    The manager will work with the different business lines leaders and their key users, with the financial team, the IT team (including the CRM/ERP developers) at the company headquarters as well as in the subsidiaries abroad.
    She/he will report to the company Management Team. She/he will start her/his activities by analyzing the business, subsequently come up with an implementation roadmap and finally conduct the implementation of the roadmap.

    Required Profile

    A team player with affinity for project management, process and data analytics that support robust company growth.
    • The candidate will have a background in Business Analysis (70%) as well as in Project/Program Management (30%).
    • More specifically the candidate must have a solid background (around 5 years) in understanding and optimizing the operational processes and the financial management of a company as well as with the deployment of CRM and ERP systems.
      She/he must be very fluent with the management and the processing of DATA.
    • The candidate must have a good knowledge of supply chain management.
    • The candidate must have a good experience in Budget & Resources Management along a Project/Program. Experience in Change Management and adoption practices are an asset.
    • The candidate must have a good understanding as well as implementation experience of CRM/ERP solutions.
      Experience with the ones provided by ODOO (the system that is currently deployed in the company) is a plus.
    • The candidate must be competent in designing and developing process documentation and reports.
    • The candidate must be fluent in English as well as in Spanish.
    • She/he must be able to travel abroad during up to 33% of her/his time.
