As part of its growth, Adekia is looking for a Senior ERP Business Analyst / ERP Project Manager who can comfortably wear both hats. You will play a central role connecting end-users, technical teams and project steering — equally at home defining business requirements and coordinating all stakeholders to deliver successful ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Business analysis & advisory : Facilitate discovery and scoping workshops, gather and formalise business requirements, analyse existing processes and identify improvement opportunities, translate needs into clear functional specifications, and advise clients on best practices and organisational changes related to their ERP.
- ERP project management : Own ERP projects end-to-end — from kick-off through to go-live — managing schedules, budgets and priorities, coordinating clients, consultants and developers, anticipating risks and implementing corrective actions, ensuring quality, cost and timeline targets are met.
- Implementation & change management : Participate in the functional configuration of ERP solutions, validate technical developments, prepare and coordinate testing phases, organise end-user training and manage post-deployment follow-up with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Documentation & reporting : Produce functional and project documentation, model business processes (BPMN, UML or equivalent) and provide regular reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant or ERP Project Manager, with a proven track record in implementing and managing ERP projects in direct contact with business stakeholders and senior management
- Strong command of business analysis and functional writing ; solid understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, sales, inventory, production, HR, logistics) and ability to model processes (BPMN, UML or equivalent)
- Project management experience and good grasp of technical environments; comfortable engaging with developers and proficient with collaborative project management tools
- Fluent French, professional English ; Dutch is an asset
- Natural leadership and strong listening skills : you bring teams together, maintain stakeholder confidence and stay on course in demanding environments
- Analytical, solution-oriented, rigorous and autonomous, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Differentiating assets : hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems, knowledge of industrial/logistics/services sectors, project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Scrum), experience in SME/mid-market contexts, knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
