In Practice
How does a workshop unfold?
Each session is interactive and experiential. No slides — just exercises, role-playing, and discussions rooted in your team's reality. Participants leave with concrete and immediately usable tools.
Are the training programs adapted to our context?
Yes. Each program is custom-designed. Before any intervention, we take the time to understand your situation, your challenges, and what you concretely want to change.
Can we combine several modules?
Absolutely. The three modules are designed as complementary building blocks. They can be deployed separately or as part of a progressive pathway over several months.
What is the ideal group size?
Our sessions accommodate up to 12 participants. This limited format ensures the quality of discussions, the depth of exercises, and genuine attention to each participant.
Is there follow-up after the training?
A debriefing is systematically offered after each session. More structured follow-up can be organized as needed — particularly to embed changes over time.
