In practice
How does a coaching journey unfold?
Each journey begins with an exploratory session to clarify the situation, objectives, and working approach together. Subsequent sessions are structured yet flexible—they adapt to the evolving situation over time.
How many sessions are required?
A typical journey spans 6 to 10 sessions. The actual duration depends on the complexity of the situation and the objectives set together from the outset.
Are sessions confidential?
Entirely. Confidentiality is the foundation of coaching work. What is discussed in sessions is never shared without the explicit consent of the coachee.
Are tools such as Insights Discovery or MBTI systematically used?
They are offered when they bring real value to the journey—particularly to better understand one's operating modes, reactions under pressure, or relational style. Their use is always explained and integrated into the ongoing work.
In person or remotely?
Both formats are available. In-person sessions foster depth of exchange; remote sessions offer the flexibility required by busy schedules.
