In practice
Are these workshops for teams or individuals?
Both. An employee can register individually, just as a manager may decide to send a member of their team. Groups are made up of participants with varied profiles — this mix enriches discussions and learning.
How does a workshop work?
Each session is interactive and experiential. Participants alternate between input, practical exercises, and real-life role plays. No slides — practical tools that everyone takes away at the end of the day.
Can several modules be combined?
Yes. The three modules are complementary and can be taken separately or as part of a progressive pathway. We can advise you on the most relevant combination based on the needs identified.
What is the group size?
Our sessions welcome up to 12 participants. This small format ensures high-quality exchanges and attention to each participant.
Is there any follow-up after the training?
A debriefing is offered at the end of each session. Additional individual support may be considered to explore certain aspects in greater depth — notably through our individual coaching offer.
